Welcome to Marian Medical Center. I moved to Santa Maria 25 years ago from Northern California and I feel like I am still on vacation! Although we enjoy most of the amenities of larger, metropolitan cities, life on the Central Coast has a more relaxed pace. A beautiful climate, a friendly community and some of the most stunning landscapes in the world make this community truly unique.
My wife and I raised our two children in Santa Maria. Our family has always particularly enjoyed the recreational activities this area has to offer year-round and we are proud of the vast educational opportunities for primary, high school and college students.
I am proud to be a part of Marian Medical Center and treasure the special opportunities we have to serve this extraordinary community. Although the city continues to grow, we all enjoy a small town sensibility and our physicians, nurses, healthcare workers and volunteers are committed to providing the highest quality healthcare for our friends, families and neighbors. We are very fortunate because our geography allows us to recruit and retain well-trained and experienced physicians and healthcare workers. We compare Marian’s clinical results and services to national standards. The services we provide to the Santa Maria Valley is as good as the care provided anywhere in the country. We also coordinate care with nationally recognized tertiary medical centers when appropriate.
